Since I am now teaching a night class at the community college, we are trying to give Abby a bottle so that Jon doesn't pull his hair out during the 2.5 hours that I am gone on Tuesday nights. It was getting way too stressful for me to pump and so we are moving onto trying formula. In my mind, I thought she would just gulp away at it... oh, no... we try it every day and she usually can gulp in about an ounce. She seems to like it out of a sippy cup and only sometimes out of a bottle. I have never met a baby who loves to breastfeed as much as she does!
She really likes to do it all by herself... I can see this as a major part of her future!

Ah, she is just tyring to tell you how it is going to be! ;-) A little "lion" like Helen it looks like!!
Have you tried different brands of formula or mixing it with pumped milk for a while?
